- Small right apical pneumothorax
- Partially imaged cervical spine fusion hardware

Rib fractures and pneumothorax
Sample Report
No acute fracture or malalignment involving the shoulder.
Acute mildly displaced fractures of the right lateral fifth and sixth ribs and of the anterior right fourth rib with a small right apical pneumothorax.
Joint spaces are maintained.
