Findings

  • Acute minimally impacted surgical neck humeral fracture with extension into the greater tuberosity
  • Moderate glenohumeral and mild acromioclavicular joint degenerative changes
  • Osteopenia
  • 9 mm nodular opacity at the left lung apex

Diagnosis

Surgical neck humeral fracture Lung nodule

Sample Report

Acute minimally impacted surgical neck humeral fracture with extension into the greater tuberosity.

No joint malalignment.

Moderate glenohumeral and mild acromioclavicular joint degenerative changes.

Osteopenia.

9 mm nodular opacity at the left lung apex. Recommend correlation with dedicated chest imaging.
