Diagnosis

Anterior shoulder dislocation

Greater tuberosity fracture

Sample Report

Anterior shoulder dislocation.

Acromioclavicular joint alignment is maintained.

Acute comminuted fracture of the greater tuberosity with 2 cm superolateral displacement.

Fat-fluid levels overlying the acromion and coracoid process consistent with lipohemarthrosis.

Mild degenerative changes of the acromioclavicular joint.
