- Acute mildly displaced anterior and posterior column left acetabular fracture with extension into the anterior and posterior walls
- Transitional anatomy at the lumbosacral junction with incorporation of the left L5 transverse process into the sacrum
Diagnosis
Associated both column acetabular fracture

No joint malalignment.
Joint spaces are maintained.
