Indication: Trauma

Findings

  • Acute minimally displaced fracture of the left greater trochanter
  • Partially imaged cephalomedullary nail fixation of the proximal right femur with distal interlocking screws
  • Mild degenerative changes of the hips and sacroiliac joints
  • Partially imaged advanced degenerative changes of the lower lumbar spine with dextrocurvature
  • Osteopenia

Diagnosis

Greater trochanter fracture

Sample Report

Acute minimally displaced fracture of the left greater trochanter.

No traumatic malalignment.

Partially imaged cephalomedullary nail fixation of the proximal right femur with distal interlocking screws. No evidence of hardware complication.

Mild degenerative changes of the hips and sacroiliac joints.

Partially imaged advanced degenerative changes of the lower lumbar spine with dextrocurvature.

Osteopenia.
