Indication: Trauma

Findings

  • Acute minimally displaced fracture of the right pubic body
  • Mild degenerative changes of the hips, sacroiliac joints, and pubic symphysis
  • Partially imaged mild degenerative changes of the lower lumbar spine
  • Right os acetabuli
  • Bilateral coxa profunda

Diagnosis

Pubic body fracture

Sample Report

Acute minimally displaced fracture of the right pubic body. No symphyseal widening or joint malalignment.

Mild degenerative changes of the hips, sacroiliac joints, and pubic symphysis.

Partially imaged mild degenerative changes of the lower lumbar spine.

Right os acetabuli and bilateral coxa profunda, which although possibly incidental can be seen with pincer-type femoro-acetabular impingement.
