  • Acute nondisplaced transcervical fracture of the left femoral neck
  • No joint malalignment
  • Mild degenerative changes of the hips and sacroiliac joints
  • Osteopenia
  • Vascular calcifications
  • Surgical clips overlie the left inguinal region

Diagnosis

Transcervical femoral neck fracture
