Findings

  • Acute, comminuted, mildly displaced associated both column right acetabular fracture with extension into the pubic root
  • Remote right superior and inferior pubic rami fractures
  • Moderate degenerative changes of the hips and sacroiliac joints
  • Partially imaged advanced degenerative changes of the lower lumbar spine
  • Osteopenia
  • Vascular calcifications

Diagnosis

Associated both column acetabular fracture

Sample Report

Acute, comminuted, mildly displaced associated both column right acetabular fracture with extension into the pubic root.

Remote right superior and inferior pubic rami fractures.

No diastasis of the pubic symphysis or sacroiliac joints.

Both hips are located.

Moderate degenerative changes of the hips and sacroiliac joints.

Partially imaged advanced degenerative changes of the lower lumbar spine.

Osteopenia.

Vascular calcifications.
