- Possible patellar sleeve avulsion fracture noted on the lateral view
- No joint malalignment
- No joint effusion
- Joint spaces are maintained

Acute, mildly displaced avulsion fracture adjacent to the lateral tibial plateau (Segond fracture). Recommend MRI for further evaluation given the close association between these fractures and ACL tears.
Possible patellar sleeve avulsion fracture noted on the lateral view.
No joint malalignment.
No joint effusion.
Joint spaces are maintained.
