- Medial femoral condyle osteochondral lesion extending to the intercondylar notch with an 11 x 7 mm displaced osteochondral fragment just lateral to the lateral tibial spine
- Small joint effusion
Diagnosis
Osteochondral lesion (OCL) with displaced fragment

Otherwise no acute fracture or malalignment.
Small joint effusion.
