Findings

  • Large lipohemarthrosis without acute fracture identified
  • Mild tricompartmental degenerative changes
  • Chondrocalcinosis of the menisci
  • Vascular calcifications
  • Surgical clips along the medial aspect of the distal femur and proximal tibia

Diagnosis

Lipohemarthrosis

Sample Report

Large lipohemarthrosis without acute fracture identified. Recommend CT for further evaluation.

No joint malalignment.

Mild tricompartmental degenerative changes with chondrocalcinosis of the menisci.

Vascular calcifications.

Surgical clips along the medial aspect of the distal femur and proximal tibia.
