Findings

  • Acute fracture of the lateral tibial plateau with estimated 6 mm depression and articular surface comminution
  • Acute mildly displaced fracture of the medial tibial plateau
  • Acute mildly displaced, comminuted fracture of the fibular head/neck
  • Large lipohemarthrosis

Diagnosis

Tibial plateau fractures (Schatzker V)

Sample Report

Acute fracture of the lateral tibial plateau with estimated 6 mm depression and articular surface comminution.

Acute mildly displaced fracture of the medial tibial plateau.

Acute mildly displaced, comminuted fracture of the fibular head/neck.

No joint malalignment.

Large lipohemarthrosis.
