Osteochondral lesion (OCL)

Sample Report

Osteochondral lesion in the medial femoral condyle measuring 2 x 0.4 cm on the lateral view. No evidence of displaced bony fragment. Consider MRI to assess for stability.

No joint malalignment.

Mild degenerative changes of the patellofemoral compartment.

Multipartite patella.
