- Acute, open, comminuted, impacted supracondylar left humeral fracture with intercondylar extension and 2 cm medial displacement of the medial condylar fragment
- The ulna is medially translated, remaining associated with the trochlea
- Comminution and rotation of the capitellar fragment, with maintained radiocapitellar alignment
- Elbow joint effusion
- Subcutaneous emphysema overlying the distal humerus
- Vascular calcifications
