Findings

  • Acute comminuted, minimally displaced proximal radial fracture with intraarticular extension. The radial head articular fracture component has 3 mm displacement and involves about 30% of the articular surface. Distally, the fracture extends to the level of the radial tuberosity
  • Elbow joint effusion

Diagnosis

Radial head/proximal radius fracture

Sample Report

No joint malalignment.

Elbow joint effusion.

Joint spaces are maintained.
