Demographics: 90 years old, Male
Indication: Fall

Findings

  • Acute mildly displaced fracture of the olecranon with 6 mm distraction along the inferior margin
  • Acute nondisplaced fracture along the anterior aspect of the radial head
  • Acute fracture at the base of the capitellum with superior rotation and smaller laterally displaced fracture fragments
  • Elbow joint effusion
  • Soft tissue swelling overlying the olecranon and along the lateral aspect of the elbow

Diagnosis

Olecranon fracture

Radial head fracture

Capitellar fracture

Sample Report

Acute mildly displaced fracture of the olecranon with 6 mm distraction along the inferior margin.

Acute nondisplaced fracture along the anterior aspect of the radial head.

Acute fracture at the base of the capitellum with superior rotation and smaller laterally displaced fracture fragments.

No joint malalignment.

Elbow joint effusion.

Soft tissue swelling overlying the olecranon and along the lateral aspect of the elbow.
