Findings
- Acute mildly displaced fracture of the olecranon with 6 mm distraction along the inferior margin
- Acute nondisplaced fracture along the anterior aspect of the radial head
- Acute fracture at the base of the capitellum with superior rotation and smaller laterally displaced fracture fragments
- Elbow joint effusion
- Soft tissue swelling overlying the olecranon and along the lateral aspect of the elbow
