  • Acute triceps avulsion fracture from its olecranon attachment with a 2 mm avulsed fracture fragment
  • Soft tissue swelling overlying the olecranon and distal triceps
  • Heterotopic ossification adjacent to the medial epicondyle

Diagnosis

Triceps avulsion fracture

No joint malalignment.

Joint spaces are maintained.

Heterotopic ossification adjacent to the medial epicondyle.
