  • Acute nondisplaced fracture of the lateral malleolus below the level of the tibiotalar joint
  • Mild degenerative changes of the tibiotalar joint
  • Mild dorsal talar beaking
  • Small plantar calcaneal enthesophyte

Diagnosis

Weber type A ankle fracture

Sample Report

Acute nondisplaced fracture of the lateral malleolus below the level of the tibiotalar joint (Weber A).

Ankle mortise is congruent.

Mild degenerative changes of the tibiotalar joint.

Mild dorsal talar beaking.

Small plantar calcaneal enthesophyte.
