Demographics: 65 years old, Female
Indication: 3rd and 4th metatarsal head tenderness

Findings

  • No acute fracture or malalignment
  • Thickening of the Achilles tendon
  • Mild degenerative changes of the tibiotalar joint, first MTP joint, and throughout the midfoot
  • Mild calcaneal enthesopathy

Diagnosis

Achilles tendinitis/tear

Sample Report

No acute fracture or malalignment.

Thickening of the Achilles tendon suggestive of Achilles tendinitis or tear.

Mild degenerative changes of the tibiotalar joint, first MTP joint, and throughout the midfoot.

Mild calcaneal enthesopathy.
