Indication: Fall

Findings

  • Acute minimally displaced transverse fracture of the fifth metatarsal base without extension into the TMT joint
  • Acute nondisplaced fracture of the plantar aspect of the cuboid
  • Mild degenerative changes of the first MTP joint
  • Remote avulsion fracture along the dorsal aspect of the navicular
  • Small plantar calcaneal enthesophyte

Diagnosis

Jones fracture

Cuboid fracture

Sample Report

Acute minimally displaced transverse fracture of the fifth metatarsal base without extension into the TMT joint (Jones fracture).

Acute nondisplaced fracture of the plantar aspect of the cuboid.

No joint malalignment.

Mild degenerative changes of the first MTP joint.

Remote avulsion fracture along the dorsal aspect of the navicular.

Small plantar calcaneal enthesophyte.
