- Acute comminuted fracture of the distal fibular diaphysis with 5 mm posterolateral displacement of the dominant distal fracture fragment and slight apex lateral angulation
- Acute nondisplaced fracture of the posterior malleolus
- Widening of the medial clear space
- Ankle joint effusion
- Soft tissue swelling about the ankle

Weber type C ankle fracture
