- Acute minimally displaced fractures of the first through fourth metatarsal bases
- Mild dorsal subluxation of the first tarsometatarsal joint and mild lateral subluxation of the second through fourth tarsometatarsal joints
- Acute nondisplaced fracture of the cuboid
- Soft tissue swelling about the midfoot

Lisfranc fracture/subluxation

Acute homolateral Lisfranc injury with minimally displaced fractures of the first through fourth metatarsal bases, mild dorsal subluxation of the first tarsometatarsal (TMT) joint, and mild lateral subluxation of the second through fourth TMT joints. Acute nondisplaced fracture of the cuboid. Suspect additional tarsal fractures. Recommend CT for further evaluation.
Soft tissue swelling about the midfoot.
