- Avulsion fracture at the insertion of the Achilles tendon on the calcaneus with 3 cm proximal retraction
- Thickening of the Achilles tendon with surrounding soft tissue swelling
- No joint malalignment
- Mild midfoot degenerative changes

Avulsion fracture at the insertion of the Achilles tendon on the calcaneus with 3 cm proximal retraction. Thickening of the surrounding Achilles tendon may relate to edema and/or tendon tear.
No joint malalignment.
Mild midfoot degenerative changes.
