Sample Report
NG tube is positioned with tip projecting at the GE junction. Recommend advancing this tube 5-10 cm for placement within the stomach.
Portal venous gas with likely pneumatosis involving loops of bowel in the lateral right and left abdomen. These findings are concerning for bowel ischemia. Recommend surgical consultation and correlation with lactate values.
Bibasilar dependent airspace opacification. Recommend dedicated chest radiographs for further evaluation.
