- Patchy bilateral pulmonary opacities, many of which are located peripherally and have a nodular configuration
- Mild diffuse interstitial thickening
- Moderate-sized right and trace left pleural effusions
- Tunneled right IJ approach central venous catheter and left IJ approach dialysis catheter with tips overlying the right atrium
