- Rounded opacity in the medial left lung base
- Lungs are otherwise clear
- No pleural effusion or pneumothorax
- Cardiopericardial silhouette at the upper limits of normal in size
- Right IJ approach Port-A-Cath and left subclavian approach central venous catheter with tips projecting over the lower SVC

Rounded opacity in the medial left lung base, which could represent a hiatal hernia or mass. Consider chest CT for further characterization.
Otherwise, no evidence of acute cardiopulmonary disease.
