  • No focal airspace opacification
  • No pleural effusion or pneumothorax
  • Normal size and configuration of the cardiopericardial silhouette
  • Focal discontinuity in the VP shunt catheter tubing in the lower right neck

Diagnosis

Fractured ventriculoperitoneal (VP) shunt tubing

Sample Report

No evidence of acute cardiopulmonary disease.
