- Lucency projecting over a midthoracic vertebral body on the lateral projection
- No focal airspace opacification
- No pleural effusion or pneumothorax
- Normal size and configuration of the cardiopericardial silhouette
Diagnosis
Lucent vertebral lesion
Sample Report
Lucency projecting over a midthoracic vertebral body on the lateral projection. Consider obtaining a thoracic spine MRI with and without contrast for further evaluation.
No evidence of acute cardiopulmonary disease.
