  • Interstitial prominence in the mid and lower lung fields with Kerley B lines
  • Emphysema with upper lobe predominant cystic changes
  • No pleural effusion or pneumothorax
  • Mild enlargement of the cardiopericardial silhouette
  • Thoracic aortic atherosclerosis

Diagnosis

Edema superimposed on emphysema

Cardiomegaly with interstitial pulmonary edema.

No pleural effusions.
