- Right IJ approach central venous catheter with tip projecting over the right atrium
- Left subclavian approach cardiac rhythm maintenance device with leads projecting in the right atrium, right ventricle, and coronary sinus
- Mild interstitial pulmonary edema with faint groundglass opacification in the left lung base
- No pleural effusion or pneumothorax
- Mild enlargement of the cardiopericardial silhouette
