Findings
- Right IJ approach central venous catheter with tip projecting over the right atrium
- Left subclavian approach cardiac rhythm maintenance device with leads projecting in the right atrium, right ventricle, and coronary sinus
- Mild interstitial pulmonary edema with faint groundglass opacification in the left lung base
- No pleural effusion or pneumothorax
- Mild enlargement of the cardiopericardial silhouette
Diagnosis
Mild interstitial pulmonary edema
Sample Report
Cardiomegaly with mild interstitial pulmonary edema and likely early alveolar edema in the left lung base.
No pleural effusions.
