- No pleural effusion or pneumothorax
- Normal size and configuration of the cardiopericardial silhouette

Aortic dissection (Stanford type B)

Enlarged, bulging silhouette of the proximal descending thoracic aorta raises concern for acute aortic pathology such as aortic dissection. Recommend chest CTA for further evaluation.
Otherwise, no evidence of acute cardiopulmonary disease.
