Findings

Diagnosis

Hilar lymphadenopathy

Sample Report

Bilateral hilar soft tissue prominence is suspicious for lymphadenopathy which could relate to neoplastic disease or systemic granulomatous disease such as sarcoidosis. Consider chest CT for further evaluation.

Otherwise, no evidence of acute cardiopulmonary disease.
