  • Small volume intermediate density free fluid layering in the anatomic pelvis
  • Peripherally-enhancing 2 cm structure in the left ovary, compatible with a corpus luteum

MSK

  • No acute findings

Diagnosis

Ductus diverticulum (anatomic variant)

Sample Report

Small amount of intermediate density free fluid layering in the anatomic pelvis, which may relate to a partially ruptured left corpus luteum, though an occult bowel or mesenteric injury is not excluded. Otherwise no acute traumatic findings in the chest, abdomen, or pelvis.
