  • No acute findings
  • Annuloaortic ectasia with effacement of the sinotubular junction, measuring 5.8 cm in diameter at the sinuses of valsalva
  • The arch and descending aorta are normal in size and appearance
  • No aortic dissection

Upper abdomen

  • No acute findings

  • No acute findings

Diagnosis

Marfan syndrome with annuloaortic ectasia

Sample Report

No acute findings. Annuloaortic ectasia measuring up to 5.8 cm in diameter at the level of the sinuses of valsalva. Recommend further workup for typically associated underlying connective tissue disorders such as Marfan syndrome, homocystinuria, and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome on an outpatient basis.
