- Narrowing of the subglottic airway with soft tissue thickening along the posterior margin
- The airway remains patent, measuring 14 x 6 mm at its narrowest point
- Calcified mediastinal lymph nodes
- Heavy coronary artery calcification
- Thoracic aortic atherosclerosis without aneurysm
- Left lower lobe calcified granulomas
- Mild atelectasis/scarring in both lower lobes
Upper abdomen
- Calcified granulomas in the liver and spleen
MSK
- No acute findings
Diagnosis
Acquired tracheal stenosis
Sample Report
Short segment subglottic airway narrowing, which may relate to recent intubation, though neoplasm is not excluded. Consider laryngoscopy for further evaluation.
Sequelae of granulomatous disease.
