- Widespread groundglass opacities with confluent areas of consolidation in the right middle lobe and bilateral lower lobes
- Nodular lesion in the dependent aspect of the right lower lobe measuring 2.5 x 2.5 cm with internal air-fluid level
- Diffuse interlobular septal and bronchial wall thickening
- Moderate-sized right and small left pleural effusions with fluid tracking along the fissures
- Moderate-sized pericardial effusion
- Cardiomegaly with notable left ventricular dilation
- Multiple mildly enlarged mediastinal lymph nodes
- Hypoattenuation of the blood pool, suggestive of anemia
- Right IJ approach tunneled dialysis catheter with tip in the right atrium
Upper abdomen
- No acute findings
- Multiple calcified splenic granulomas
