  • Multifocal bilateral centrilobular micronodularity and tree-in-bud opacities, particularly in the left lower lobe
  • Widespread bronchial wall thickening

Upper abdomen

  • No acute findings

  • Cervical ACDF hardware

Diagnosis

Atypical pneumonia
