- Large burden of acute pulmonary embolism involving the right pulmonary artery, all bilateral interlobar and lobar pulmonary arteries, and numerous bilateral segmental and subsegmental branches
- Dilation of the main pulmonary artery measuring 3.8 cm in diameter
- Enlargement of the right ventricle with straightening of the interventricular septum
- Reflux of contrast material into the IVC and hepatic veins
- Likely nodular scarring in the posterior right costophrenic sulcus
