Indication: Chest pain, dyspnea

Findings

Chest radiograph

  • No acute findings

CT

Chest

  • Large burden of acute pulmonary embolism involving the right pulmonary artery, all bilateral interlobar and lobar pulmonary arteries, and numerous bilateral segmental and subsegmental branches
  • Dilation of the main pulmonary artery measuring 3.8 cm in diameter
  • Enlargement of the right ventricle with straightening of the interventricular septum
  • Reflux of contrast material into the IVC and hepatic veins
  • Likely nodular scarring in the posterior right costophrenic sulcus

Upper abdomen

  • No acute findings

MSK

  • No acute findings
