Demographics: 49 years old, Male
Indication: Neutropenic fever

Findings

Chest

  • Bilateral dependent airspace consolidation and groundglass opacities
  • Right upper lobe calcified granuloma
  • Right IJ approach Port-A-Cath with tip in the right atrium

Abdomen/Pelvis

  • Diffuse extensive gastric wall thickening with mucosal hyperenhancement
  • Gastric suction tube with tip in the duodenal bulb
  • Mild hepatomegaly
  • Bladder is decompressed around a Foley catheter
  • Mild atherosclerotic calcification of the abdominal aorta and branch vessels without aneurysm

MSK

  • No acute findings

Diagnosis

Gastritis

Sample Report

Diffuse gastritis without evidence of outlet obstruction.

Dependent airspace disease throughout both lungs concerning for aspiration pneumonitis or pneumonia.
