- Right upper lobe calcified granuloma
- Right IJ approach Port-A-Cath with tip in the right atrium
Abdomen/Pelvis
- Diffuse extensive gastric wall thickening with mucosal hyperenhancement
- Gastric suction tube with tip in the duodenal bulb
- Mild hepatomegaly
- Bladder is decompressed around a Foley catheter
- Mild atherosclerotic calcification of the abdominal aorta and branch vessels without aneurysm
MSK
- No acute findings

Diffuse gastritis without evidence of outlet obstruction.
Dependent airspace disease throughout both lungs concerning for aspiration pneumonitis or pneumonia.
