Demographics: 79 years old, Female
Indication: Abdominal pain

Findings

Lower chest

  • Small hiatal hernia with mild mural thickening of the lower thoracic esophagus
  • Mild dependent bilateral lower lobe atelectasis/scarring
  • Coronary artery calcification

Abdomen/Pelvis

  • Fluid-filled, distended proximal and mid jejunum measuring up to 5 cm in diameter with scattered air-fluid levels and transition point in the left hemiabdomen with decompressed loops of small bowel distally
  • Fluid-filled, mildly distended stomach and duodenum
  • Scattered diverticula in the sigmoid colon without adjacent inflammatory changes
  • Surgical changes of prior sigmoidectomy
  • Cholecystectomy
  • Hysterectomy
  • Atherosclerotic calcification of the abdominal aorta and branch vessels without aneurysm

MSK

  • No acute findings
  • Polyarticular degenerative changes
  • Osteopenia

Small bowel obstruction
