- Focal mural disruption along the lesser curvature of the stomach with large volume pneumoperitoneum
- Small volume of free intraperitoneal fluid layering in the anatomic pelvis
- Peripherally enhancing right adnexal structure, likely a corpus luteum
MSK
- No acute findings

Perforated gastric ulcer
Sample Report
Findings concerning for perforated gastric ulcer along the lesser curvature with large volume pneumoperitoneum. Recommend surgical evaluation.
