Findings

Lower chest

  • Mild dependent atelectasis

Abdomen/Pelvis

  • Focal mural disruption along the lesser curvature of the stomach with large volume pneumoperitoneum
  • Small volume of free intraperitoneal fluid layering in the anatomic pelvis
  • Peripherally enhancing right adnexal structure, likely a corpus luteum

MSK

  • No acute findings

Diagnosis

Perforated gastric ulcer

Sample Report

Findings concerning for perforated gastric ulcer along the lesser curvature with large volume pneumoperitoneum. Recommend surgical evaluation.
