Chest

  • Mild dependent atelectasis
  • Mild coronary artery calcification

Abdomen/Pelvis

  • No acute findings
  • Bilateral fat-containing inguinal hernias with the appendix protruding into the right inguinal hernia (Amyand hernia)
  • Seminal vesicle calcification, which is characteristic for diabetes mellitus

MSK

  • No acute findings
  • Multilevel degenerative changes of the spine, most advanced at L5-S1 where there is trace retrolisthesis

Diagnosis

No acute traumatic findings
