- No acute findings
Abdomen/Pelvis
- Enlarged, edematous appearance of both ovaries with left greater than right hydrosalpinx and wall hyperenhancement with adjacent fat stranding
- Small volume free intraperitoneal fluid layering in the anatomic pelvis
- Normal appendix
MSK
- No acute findings
Diagnosis
Salpingitis/oophoritis
Sample Report
Findings suggestive of pelvic inflammatory disease, specifically bilateral salpingitis and oophoritis. Recommend correlation with laboratory workup and followup pelvic ultrasound as clinically indicated.
