- Dilated retrocecal appendix with thickened, hyperenhancing walls and focal mural discontinuity midway along its length
- Surrounding fat stranding and fluid with a rounded 6 mm extraluminal calcific density in the right lower quadrant and nearby locule of gas which may be extraluminal
- No bowel obstruction
MSK
- No acute findings
