Findings

Lower chest

  • Bilateral groundglass opacities and dependent consolidation
  • Tiny medial right pneumothorax

Abdomen/Pelvis

  • Mucosal hyperenhancement of multiple loops of mildly dilated small bowel
  • Hyperenhancing adrenal glands
  • Hypoenhancement of the spleen and pancreas
  • Periportal edema
  • Edematous gallbladder wall without radiopaque gallstones, gallbladder distension, or biliary duct dilation
  • Small volume free intraperitoneal fluid
  • Diffuse mesenteric edema
  • Gastric suction tube tip in the gastric body

MSK

  • No acute findings

Diagnosis

Hypoperfusion complex

Sample Report

Findings concerning for hypoperfusion complex with shock bowel.

Airspace disease at the lung bases likely represents a combination of aspiration and pulmonary edema.

Tiny medial right pneumothorax.
