- Mucosal hyperenhancement of multiple loops of mildly dilated small bowel
- Hyperenhancing adrenal glands
- Hypoenhancement of the spleen and pancreas
- Periportal edema
- Edematous gallbladder wall without radiopaque gallstones, gallbladder distension, or biliary duct dilation
- Small volume free intraperitoneal fluid
- Diffuse mesenteric edema
- Gastric suction tube tip in the gastric body
MSK
- No acute findings
