Findings

Lower chest

  • No acute findings

Abdomen/Pelvis

  • Extensive gas within the left scrotal sac and left greater than right aspects of the perineum
  • Small bilateral hydroceles
  • Mild hepatomegaly with diffusely decreased attenuation of the hepatic parenchyma
  • Colonic diverticulosis
  • Atherosclerotic calcification of the abdominal aorta and branch vessels without aneurysm

MSK

  • No acute osseous findings

Diagnosis

Fournier gangrene

Sample Report

Extensive gas within the left scrotal sac and left greater than right aspects of the perineum concerning for Fournier gangrene. Recommend surgical consultation.

Hepatomegaly with hepatic steatosis.
