- 无对应钙化
MRI
- 右侧颞叶内侧（累及海马和海马旁回）分叶状T1低信号、T2高信号肿块，大小约4.5 x 4.3 x 3 cm
- 肿块向下经小脑幕切迹膨出并接触小脑上缘
- FLAIR上内部信号抑制不完全
- 无对应弥散受限或强化
- 无周围脑实质水肿
- 相关局部占位效应但无脑积水征象
- 1.4 cm松果体囊肿
