MRI
- 右侧枕叶环形强化病灶，大小约1.7 x 1.3 x 1 cm，周围血管源性水肿，伴极少局部占位效应
- 病灶中央少量弥散受限，病灶周围水肿区域边缘可见微弱的弥散受限环
