- 鞍区和鞍上T1/T2等信号、均匀强化的肿块，大小约2.5 x 2.4 x 4 cm
- 弥漫性相应扩散受限
- 鞍膈区域肿块呈腰部样缩窄
- 肿块接触并上抬视交叉
- 肿瘤右侧超出颈内动脉外侧切线，左侧略超出颈动脉间线，部分包绕双侧颈内动脉
